General Admissions Information

The Admissions Process

1. Call the addiction helpline.

Whether you are concerned about yourself, a loved one or an employee, call our free Addiction Helpline at 1-800-884-1727 to speak to a professional Admissions Coordinator. Our Helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help answer any of your drug and alcohol related questions and provide immediate help.

2. Complete a pre-admissions intake evaluation by phone.

Call our helpline and speak with an Admissions Coordinator who will conduct a brief intake evaluation. This will include information on:

  • Types of substances being abused.
  • Length and frequency of use.
  • Any past addiction treatment.
  • Areas of significant distress.
  • Employment and living situation.
  • Other medical condition.

3. Provide financial information.

To assist in a rapid intake process, our Admissions Coordinators will request patient insurance information and obtain permission to contact your insurance company. Benefit levels will be speedily determined. We have streamlined the process to make it simple for our patients to get into treatment quickly. If you wish to self-pay, simply inform your Admissions Coordinator.

4. Make travel arrangements.

Our facility is in Jacksonville, FL. For those patients who are flying to our facility, assistance with travel arrangements can be handled by our Admissions Coordinators. All patients arriving by plane should fly into Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). Pre-arranged ground transportation will be waiting for patients arriving at the airport. It is not recommended that patients drive themselves to treatment; however, if it is necessary, there is plenty of parking available on site. Please note that while the facility is in a secure environment, there is no special security provided for the parking lot.
