Lakeview Health Systems is a private, first-class substance abuse treatment center located in beautiful Jacksonville, FL. In 2001, responding to the need for high-quality and comprehensive alcohol and drug treatment, a group of individuals experienced in drug and alcohol addiction pooled their knowledge, resources, and vision to open the doors of Lakeview Health Systems. We hold a Florida State license from the Department of Children and Family Services.
A mission and vision statement were created to guide both the delivery of care and to guarantee that treatment would always be on the leading edge of medically based substance abuse treatment.
We have never waivered from those early days. Our board certified doctors, psychologists, nurses, clinicians, and master’s-level therapists are specially trained in addiction detoxification, co-occurring disorders, and treatment care.
In the nine years that have followed, we have maintained the ability to deliver specialized detox and treatment plans to every patient that enters our doors. Based upon a disease model of addiction treatment, our detoxification facility, intensive inpatient treatment programs and inpatient living facilities are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
