Patient Confidentiality

State and federal regulations require that all patient information remains private. We work hard to maintain our patients' anonymity while making them feel safe and secure. The purpose of being at Lakeview Health Systems is to recover from alcohol and drug addiction and return to health.

We will never provide any information about a patient's presence at our facility or status about a patient's health unless we have received the patient's permission indicating the name(s) of those authorized to discuss his or her condition. HIPAA privacy laws forbid verification or denial of a patient's presence to anyone without authorization.

To aid patients' recovery, our facilities are located in a secluded, wooded area of Jacksonville, FL.
