Insurance verification during admission

Our patients use private health insurance or privately pay for drug and alcohol detox and inpatient treatment. We are an in-network provider for many major health insurance plans, and we are an out-of-network provider for most PPOs.
We recognize the financial challenges people face when looking to enter a treatment center. In an effort to make an already stressful situation more comfortable, our Admission Coordinators are trained to assist you with insurance procedures.

Lakeview Health Systems and Your Insurance Company

Patients need to provide our Admissions Coordinators permission to contact the specific insurance carrier to determine the patient’s benefit eligibility. Once the necessary information has been accumulated, we can match benefits and levels of care for each patient. This process can generally be completed within an hour during business hours.

Our Admissions Coordinators will provide a complete view of any out-of-pocket expenses a patient may incur (deductible or co-pay). In this way, each patient will be able to make an informed financial decision regarding detox and inpatient treatment at our facilities. We do not want financial worries or confusion to stop a patient from seeking the necessary treatment.

Paying Privately for Our Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center Program

We do accept checks and all major credit cards for patients who need to exercise a private-pay option.
