Levels of Care

Five Levels of Care Allow Us to Provide Individualized Treatment

We are licensed to provide five distinct levels of care, each with their own schedule, activities, expectations, liberties, and amount of medical and therapeutic attention. The levels generally run from a more intensive level, such as inpatient detox and rehab, to a less intensive, more flexible level, such as our intensive outpatient program.

Providing five levels of care allows us to treat each patient individually, providing the appropriate amount of medical and therapeutic attention at just the right time. There is no rigid timeline or path through the levels, as each patient has unique needs.

Inpatient Detox

Detox requires the most intensive level of medical care, so patients have 24 hour a day nursing care, a detox medication protocol, and a new-patient-oriented daily schedule. During detox, we perform various evaluations and assessments to gather information used to create each patient’s individualized treatment plan.

Inpatient Rehab

Inpatient Rehab is our most clinically and therapeutically intensive level of care. Through a combination of therapies, such as group, individual, and recreational, we address topics such as trauma, behavior, relapse prevention, trust, education, and much more.

Residential Rehab

Our Residential Rehab offers an intensive clinical day program while living in a therapeutic sober community. Our sober living facility, The Villages, provides patients with a living experience that will help them transition back to a “real world” environment. Our schedule includes daily off-site 12-step meetings and weekend outings.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Finally, we offer both a Partial Hospitalization Program as well as an Intensive Outpatient Program for patients that require groups and treatment for a portion of their day, but want to reside at home or in a sober living facility. PHP and IOP provide education and treatment services while allowing patients to function in the real world.
