Servant Leadership Approach
At Lakeview Health, servant leadership is both a philosophy and a set of ongoing practices. Instead of one person holding the decision-making power, we believe in sharing power. Our addiction treatment specialists put the needs of others first and help people develop and perform as highly as possible. What Servant Leadership Means For Lakeview Health

Leadership trusts our employees and listens to them. We believe that all staff members are leaders, each contributing to making a difference because they are able to identify challenges and offer solutions.
