Erika Myers MSW, RCSWI
Erika earned her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a CAP and Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. After college, Erika gained experience in the field during a year of AmeriCorps service at River Region Human Services. Erika continued working at RRHS for over three years as a co-occurring counselor. In addition to working at Lakeview, Erika is interning at St. Augustine Youth Services, a boys group home.
Brittany Harmon, MT-BC
Brittany Harmon is a board-certified music therapist who has served clients in medical, psychiatric and educational settings throughout Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree in music from Stetson University and a master’s degree in music therapy from Florida State University.
Casey Hendershot, MS, LMHC
Weekend Clinical Supervisor
Casey Hendershot is a graduate from the University of North Florida. She received an undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Casey began her training at the University’s Counseling Center where she gained expertise in working with a wide variety of mental health issues. She gained her passion for addictions and dual diagnosis disorders through working in an outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. She is passionate about mental health and strengths-based recovery and believes in incorporating holistic wellness into addiction treatment; such as nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness-based relaxation.
Skylar Hollabaugh, MS, LMHC
Skylar Hollabaugh earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of North Florida. She completed her clinical internship at the University of North Florida Counseling Center, gaining experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues and psychosocial stressors. Skylar joined Lakeview Health in 2014. As a primary therapist, Skylar is dedicated to helping patients understand and work through their core issues to overcome addiction. Skylar is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Sarah Franklin, M.S., LMHC

Sarah Franklin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of North Florida. She joined the Lakeview Health clinical team in 2013. She is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and works with patients struggling with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Dino Liverano, M.S., LMHC

Dino Liverano holds a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. Dino works with patients who struggle with both addiction concerns as well as trauma, through both individual therapy and the facilitation of trauma therapy groups. Prior to joining Lakeview, Dino’s experience included working as a mental health counselor with the college student population in a university setting. Dino operates under the belief that all people possess the tools necessary for success, and works with people to identify and foster the growth of those qualities within themselves.
Angela Malone, M.A., LMHC
Angela Malone holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Lane College and master’s degrees in criminal justice from Southeast Missouri State University and in counseling from Webster University. She is currently working on her doctoral degree in education at Nova Southeastern University. She has more than a decade of experience in addiction treatment.
Rosalie Hemphill, B.S.
Rosalie Hemphill is a graduate of the College of Charleston in Psychology. She has worked in Family Advocacy at the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center, facilitating family orientations for families of child neglect and abuse. She completed an internship with NYU Institute for Psychoanalytic Education, and is currently working on her master’s degree at BU.
Lauren Stobbie, M.S., CSCS, USAW

Lauren Stobbie has a bachelor’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in exercise science from Springfield College. Lauren is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a strength and conditioning specialist and by the United States Weightlifting Organization as a Level 1 sports performance coach.
Alexis Thomas, M.S., LMHC, CTRS
Alexis Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in recreation from Georgia Southern College and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Troy University. Alexis is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist. Prior to her work at Lakeview, she worked for the Methodist Home for Children. Alexis applies spiritual principles in her clinical practice.
Ken Wynn, M.Ed., LMHC, LMFT
Ken Wynn graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counselor Education. Prior to joining Lakeview, he worked as the Regional Director of Psychological Health with the Navy Reserve Psychological Health Outreach Program, as well as Child Guidance Center, private practice, and numerous substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment centers. Ken has over seven years’ experience working in substance abuse treatment and case management, as well as nearly seven years working with families.
Philip Warrick, LMHC
Philip received his Undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida prior to earning his Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Counselor Education – Mental Health Counseling Track. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently pursuing his MCAP. Philip has been working as a Therapist for Lakeview Health in Jacksonville, Florida since February of 2016. Philip gained experience in the field while working as a Substance Abuse Counselor at an inpatient facility in Tampa, Florida focusing specifically on treatment for professionals in the medical field. He also served as a Field-Therapist in the Orlando area working with children struggling with Dual Diagnosis Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. Along with his passion for counseling, Philip delivers presentations around the country focused on integrating the newest approaches with best practices in the treatment of individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders.
Neil holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida in Criminal Justice. He joined the Case Management program at Lakeview in January of 2016. Neil previously worked with Clay Behavioral Health Center in their Vocational Services program. “Neil is passionate about helping people learn the skills needed to realize their full potential and make positive changes in their lives.”
Candace Guillory, M.S., A.T.R,
Candace joined the Lakeview Health clinical team as a primary therapist in August of 2015. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts Studio with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in 2007. Candace also obtained a master’s in Art Therapy from Florida State University in 2009. As an active member of the American Art Therapy Association, Candace has provided art therapy services to men, women, and children who have experienced challenges caused by trauma, mental illness, addiction, adoption, incarceration, parent-child conflicts, legal problems, and natural disaster. As a registered art therapist and mental health counselor intern, Candace conducts art therapy group and individual services.
Alicia Kiernan, MSW
Alicia holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Mercyhurst University and an advanced degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. Alicia joined the Lakeview Health team in May 2015 as a graduate level intern. Alicia took on a full time position as case manager following her internship and has recently transitioned into a therapist role as of February, 2016. Alicia’s previous work experience includes Communities In Schools of Jacksonville where she worked with at-risk youth and their families in the public school system. Alicia is also a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and has taught yoga, mindfulness and meditation in substance abuse facilities, women’s centers, and inner city schools.
Elizabeth Reimann, MA, CMHP, RMHCI
Elizabeth holds Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University and a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. She completed her Master’s level internship at Inter-care, a substance abuse outpatient treatment facility in New York City, NY. Elizabeth joined Lakeview Health’s clinical team in November 2015 as a primary therapist and Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. Her previous work experience at the Intervention Project for Nurses in Jacksonville, FL allowed her to expand her knowledge of treating health care professionals struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.
Nancy Miller, NCC, RMHCI
Nancy holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Duke University and an advanced degree in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. She joined Lakeview in March 2016. Previously, Nancy worked in residential substance dependence treatment and a group private practice in Gainesville, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked with eating disorders. Nancy is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Kaitlyn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida spring of 2016 in Psychology with a minor in Social Welfare. She is now planning to further her education by pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work in hopes to become a therapist. Kaitlyn has been a team player at Lakeview Health for two years in which she first gained experience in the medical records before recently transferring to a case management role at the Women’s Program, the Rose of Lakeview.
Bart Colom, LMHC, MCAP
Bart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, having earned a Bachelor degree in Organizational Management and a Master degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Bart is a Certified Life Coach, Accredited Financial Counselor, and a Master’s level Certified Addiction Professional, with extensive experience as an addictions counselor, mental health counselor and family therapist, both in an inpatient and outpatient basis. He has a passion for helping individuals and couples find healing through an individualized approach that integrates some of the most effective therapeutic modalities, and equipping his clients to use their God-given power to pursue their life’s purpose. Bart has been living in Central Florida since 1991, together with his wife and three children.
Rebecca Garcia, LMHC, MCAP
Rebecca Garcia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She is also credentialed as a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP). Rebecca has been licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida since 2011. She has worked in the outpatient setting since 2009 and has gained expertise working with a variety of mental health issues, including dual diagnosis. Rebecca believes in utilizing a strength-based holistic approach to addiction treatment.
Andrew Johnson, B.S., M.A., CAP, ICADC
Andrew Johnson is a therapist at Lakeview Health. He earned his bachelor’s in political science from Middle Tennessee State University and a second bachelor’s in psychology from Tennessee State University. He received his master’s in addictions counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addictions Studies. Prior to joining Lakeview, Andrew worked in addiction intensive outpatient and detox programs. He is a Certified Addictions Professional and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Andrew has been trained in 12-Step Facilitation, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Ryan is a person in long term recovery who is passionate about helping others. In his role as Aftercare Coordinator, he’s able to use his experience and knowledge of addiction to help patients. Ryan feels grateful for the opportunity to be part of each person’s path to recovery, helping them find the light at the end of the tunnel. Away from work, he loves spending time with his wife and son, cooking, and being active outdoors – fishing, camping, and enjoying the beach.
Ruskin Beethoven Rodriguez is a Case Manager at the Lakeview Health, working out of the Star of Lakeview. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services at Columbia College. Outside of work, he enjoys doing woodwork in his garage, cooking, and catching a movie on the weekend. He finds pleasure in experiencing the reward of finding that someone he shared a meaningful interaction with is doing well in life and recovery.
