Erika Abraham earned her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She is currently pursuing her CAP and Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. After college, Erika gained experience in the field during a year of AmeriCorps service at River Region Human Services. Erika continued working at RRHS for over three years as a co-occurring counselor. In addition to working at Lakeview, Erika is interning at St. Augustine Youth Services, a boys group home.
Dana Bridges, M.A., LMHC
Dana Bridges earned a master’s degree in professional counseling in 2012 from Liberty University. She completed an internship at Rainforest Recovery Center in Juneau, Alaska and studied theology at Narrow Way Bible College & Seminary (2006). Dana is also a Trained Tobacco Specialist and facilitates a smoking cessation class for patients.
Kellie Garrett is a graduate from the University of North Florida and Palm Beach Atlantic University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. Kellie has worked in the clinical arena as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counselor, conducting both individual and group therapeutic sessions, for over three years. Kellie joined the Lakeview team in 2015 as a primary therapist. Kellie believes in empowering and motivating patients to set goals to achieve the life they have always wanted. Kellie is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Brittany Harmon, MT-BC
Brittany Harmon is a board-certified music therapist who has served clients in medical, psychiatric and educational settings throughout Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree in music from Stetson University and a master’s degree in music therapy from Florida State University.
Casey Hendershot, MS, LMHC

Casey Hendershot is a graduate from the University of North Florida. She received an undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Casey began her training at the University’s Counseling Center where she gained expertise in working with a wide variety of mental health issues. She gained her passion for addictions and dual diagnosis disorders through working in an outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. She is passionate about mental health and strengths-based recovery and believes in incorporating holistic wellness into addiction treatment; such as nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness-based relaxation.
Skylar Hollabaugh, MS, LMHC
Skylar Hollabaugh earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of North Florida. She completed her clinical internship at the University of North Florida Counseling Center, gaining experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues and psychosocial stressors. Skylar joined Lakeview Health in 2014. As a primary therapist, Skylar is dedicated to helping patients understand and work through their core issues to overcome addiction. Skylar is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Ciara Howard, MA, CRC
Ciara Howard holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida A & M University in Sociology and a master’s degree in rehabilitation and mental health counseling from University of South Florida. Also, she holds a certificate in addictions & substance abuse counseling from University of South Florida. She is currently a certified rehabilitation counselor who specialize in providing rehabilitation and counseling services to people with disabilities to help them achieve personal, career, and independent living goals. She joined the Lakeview Health Systems clinical team in 2015 as a primary therapist. Prior to her work at Lakeview, she worked for Jacksonville Methadone Treatment Center and Tampa Crossroads as a substance abuse counselor. Ciara is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Ashley Johnson, LMFT
Ashley graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and then a master’s degree in Counselor Education with an Education Specialist degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. Previously, Ashley worked at Lakeview as a primary therapist. Ashley has also worked for Child Guidance Center providing therapy for children, adolescents, and their families.
Sarah Kovach, M.S., LMHC

Sarah Kovach holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of North Florida. She joined the Lakeview Health clinical team in 2013. She is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and works with patients struggling with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Michelle Leon, MS, NCC
Michelle K. Leon holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from The State University of New York at Brockport. She is a National Certified Counselor and is working towards becoming certified as a Clinical Sexologist & Addiction Professional. Prior to joining the Lakeview Clinical Team in 2015, Michelle completed her internship at The Department of Veteran Affairs in Canandaigua, NY where she specialized in PTSD, Moral Injury, Substance Abuse, and Human Sexuality.
Dino Liverano, M.S.
Dino Liverano received his bachelor’s in Psychology as well as his master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. Prior to joining Lakeview, he worked as a mental health counselor with college students in a university counseling center. Dino operates under the belief that all people possess the tools necessary for success, and works with people to identify and foster the growth of those qualities within themselves. Ashley Madden holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida in Psychology with a double minor in English and Spanish. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida. She has over two years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment. Ashley is also a person in long-term recovery; her sobriety date is January 13, 2012. She joined Lakeview Health in 2014 as the Aftercare Coordinator. Ashley has experience in working at both adult and adolescent inpatient treatment facilities. She enjoys inspiring other young people to live sober, fulfilling, happy lives.
Angela Malone, M.A., LMHC
Angela Malone holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Lane College and master’s degrees in criminal justice from Southeast Missouri State University and in counseling from Webster University. She is currently working on her doctoral degree in education at Nova Southeastern University. She has more than a decade of experience in addiction treatment.
Robin Olson, M.Ed.
Robin Olson graduated from Northern Arizona University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human relations and counseling. Robin has extensive experience in working with people of all ages. She worked for the Yavapai County Public Health Department in their Community Family Program, working with children and pregnant women.
Ireshia Smith holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida in Psychology with a minor in Deaf Studies. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida. Prior to her work at Lakeview, she worked for Wekiva Springs Center. She has a strong interest in family and marriage therapy, family dynamics, and holistic health. She enjoys making positive connections and inspiring others to keep pushing until they’ve reached their breakthrough. She is excited to be at Lakeview and plans to become a therapist in the future.
Lauren Stobbie, M.S., CSCS, USAW

Lauren Stobbie has a bachelor’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in exercise science from Springfield College. Lauren is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a strength and conditioning specialist and by the United States Weightlifting Organization as a Level 1 sports performance coach.
Alexis Thomas, M.S., LMHC, CTRS
Alexis Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in recreation from Georgia Southern College and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Troy University. Alexis is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist. Prior to her work at Lakeview, she worked for the Methodist Home for Children. Alexis applies spiritual principles in her clinical practice.
Levi Washington, M.S.
Levi Washington is a Primary Therapist at Lakeview Health. He is a veteran of the United States Army were he served honorably for 10 years. Levi started his career in leadership and counseling in 2001. Graduating with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2009. He gained extensive experience in behavior modification, dual diagnosis, and substance abuse through the counseling of juvenile and adult incarcerated offenders. He is a certified Domestic Violence Intervention facilitator which promotes healthy relationships. For the last five years his counseling has been focused on addiction, relapse prevention, and spirituality to assist people with addictions to maintain a successful life of recovery.
Ken Wynn, M.Ed., LMHC, LMFT
Ken Wynn graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counselor Education. Prior to joining Lakeview, he worked as the Regional Director of Psychological Health with the Navy Reserve Psychological Health Outreach Program, as well as Child Guidance Center, private practice, and numerous substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment centers. Ken has over seven years’ experience working in substance abuse treatment and case management, as well as nearly seven years working with families.
Philip Warrick, MA
Philip received his Undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida prior to earning his Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Counselor Education – Mental Health Counseling Track. He is currently a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern pursuing both his Licensure in Mental Health Counseling and his MCAP Certification. Philip gained experience in the field while working as a substance abuse counselor at an inpatient facility in Tampa, Florida as well as a field-therapist in the Orlando area.
Neil holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida in Criminal Justice. He joined the Case Management program at Lakeview in January of 2016. Neil previously worked with Clay Behavioral Health Center in their Vocational Services program. “Neil is passionate about helping people learn the skills needed to realize their full potential and make positive changes in their lives.”
Candace Guillory, M.S., A.T.R,
Candace joined the Lakeview Health clinical team as a primary therapist in August of 2015. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts Studio with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in 2007. Candace also obtained a master’s in Art Therapy from Florida State University in 2009. As an active member of the American Art Therapy Association, Candace has provided art therapy services to men, women, and children who have experienced challenges caused by trauma, mental illness, addiction, adoption, incarceration, parent-child conflicts, legal problems, and natural disaster. As a registered art therapist and mental health counselor intern, Candace conducts art therapy group and individual services.
Alicia Peterson, MSW
Alicia holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Mercyhurst University and an advanced degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. Alicia joined the Lakeview Health team in May 2015 as a graduate level intern. Alicia took on a full time position as case manager following her internship and has recently transitioned into a therapist role as of February, 2016. Alicia’s previous work experience includes Communities In Schools of Jacksonville where she worked with at-risk youth and their families in the public school system. Alicia is also a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and has taught yoga, mindfulness and meditation in substance abuse facilities, women’s centers, and inner city schools.
Elizabeth Reimann, MA, CMHP, RMHCI
Elizabeth holds Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University and a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. She completed her Master’s level internship at Inter-care, a substance abuse outpatient treatment facility in New York City, NY. Elizabeth joined Lakeview Health’s clinical team in November 2015 as a primary therapist and Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. Her previous work experience at the Intervention Project for Nurses in Jacksonville, FL allowed her to expand her knowledge of treating health care professionals struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.
Nancy Miller, NCC, RMHCI
Nancy holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Duke University and an advanced degree in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. She joined Lakeview in March 2016. Previously, Nancy worked in residential substance dependence treatment and a group private practice in Gainesville, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked with eating disorders. Nancy is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Katie Stuart, MS, RMHCI, CIC
Katie Stuart holds an undergraduate degree in Interpersonal Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She is also a certified Intrinsic Coach. Prior to her work at Lakeview, Katie completed her graduate internship at the University of North Florida Counseling Center. Katie believes in a holistic approach to wellness and believes that all individuals have the ability to empower themselves to live healthy and productive lives.
Kaitlyn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida spring of 2016 in Psychology with a minor in Social Welfare. She is now planning to further her education by pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work in hopes to become a therapist. Kaitlyn has been a team player at Lakeview Health for two years in which she first gained experience in the medical records before recently transferring to a case management role at the Women’s Program, the Rose of Lakeview.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology andgraduated from Florida State University in 2014 with a Masters in Social Work. She is a registered clinical social worker intern in Florida. Prior to her work at Lakeview, she worked for River Region HumanServices, specializing in addiction treatment with adolescents.
Bart Colom, LMHC, MCAP
Bart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, having earned a Bachelor degree in Organizational Management and a Master degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Bart is a Certified Life Coach, Accredited Financial Counselor, and a Master’s level Certified Addiction Professional, with extensive experience as an addictions counselor, mental health counselor and family therapist, both in an inpatient and outpatient basis. He has a passion for helping individuals and couples find healing through an individualized approach that integrates some of the most effective therapeutic modalities, and equipping his clients to use their God-given power to pursue their life’s purpose. Bart has been living in Central Florida since 1991, together with his wife and three children.
Mark Truett, MS, LMHC
Mark is a graduate from Georgia State University and holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. He is a licensed mental health counselor and certified in EMDR. He has extensive experience working with 12 Step programs including AA, NA, and Nic-A, and has facilitated S.M.A.R.T. Recovery meetings. He is a certified facilitator for smoking cessation programs with the American Cancer Society, Atlanta Lung Association, and Burt Bradley’s Stop Smoking, Atlanta, Georgia.
