Marco Grave de Peralta

Chef Marco Grave de Peralta is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and has more than 20 years of experience in culinary arts and dietary services. He most recently served as director of dietary services at The Pavilion and The Farley Center at Williamsburg Place. Chef Marco was also the executive pastry chef for PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and owner of the restaurant The General Store in New Jersey. He has also worked with specialty groups, including adolescent diabetic campers at Camp Nejeda in New Jersey and older adults at Windsormeade, a retirement community in Williamsburg, Virginia.
