Who We Are
Lakeview Health is an addiction treatment center located in Jacksonville, FL. Our mission is to empower profound recovery through exceptional, dynamic, and evidence-based treatment for individuals and their families suffering from substance use disorder. Since 2001, we have been leading the way in how addiction is perceived, and recovery is achieved. Our patients are our guiding hope as we strive to elevate treatment standards, eradicate addiction stigma, and exemplify the good we can do in the communities we serve.
At Lakeview Health, our Difference Makers are experts in the treatment of opioid use, alcohol use, substance use, and co-occurring issues. Our doctors and mental health specialistsuse evidence-based, high-quality care to deliver patient experiences designed by the best team of caregivers in the nation. Our treatment center provides a nurturing and safe environment for our patients to heal and as a result, they reclaim their overall health and their future.

Sara Holt
Sara Holt has more than ten years of experience in various capacities of human resources, and holds both a professional human resources certificate (PHR) and a SHRM-CP certification. She joined Lakeview Health in 2013 as the human resources recruiter before being promoted to director of human resources. Sara leads the human resources team to ensure Lakeview Health remains a center of excellence and employer of choice. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources and business management from the University of North Iowa.
