2018 Recovery Open Golf Tournament
The recovery open golf tournament brings together treatment thought leaders from all over the United States. Build partnerships within the addiction and mental health field in an atmosphere of fellowship and fun. Two-man teams will play two rounds on a Tom Fazio designed course with modified Ryder cup format. Enjoy six club-prepared meals and potentially walk away with bragging rights, and more importantly, the title as The Recovery Open champion!

- Organizations can sponsor 2 teams only
- 40 Team Slots Available
- GHIN Handicap required
- All golfers must be mental health and/or substance abuse professional
- Dress code: Jacket required for Monday dinner; other events are county club casual
- Hotel and Transportation not included (Westin Hotel is on site block)
2018 Recovery Open Guest Speaker: Bill Harmon
One of Golf Digest’s Top-50 instructors and Golf Magazine’s Top 100 instructors, Billy Harmon is the son of 1948 Masters champion and world-class teacher Claude Harmon, and brother of three renowned instructors: Craig, Dick and Butch. Harmon started with Golf Channel in 2012 as an analyst for ‘On the Range”. Currently he is Director of Instruction for Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells, California. He is the founder of Harmon Experience Golf Schools and President of the Harmon Recovery Foundation. Harmon’s experience includes more than 30 years of teaching the world’s top professional golfers, including Jay Haas and Bill Haas. He caddied for Jay from 1978-1988 as well as in Presidents Cups and Ryder Cups.
