We Believe in the Servant Leadership Approach

At Lakeview Health, servant leadership is both a philosophy and a set of ongoing practices. We believe everyone has a seat at the table where we exchange ideas, collaborate, and together make decisions that best impact our patients, our employees, and our communities. We value employee feedback and encourage suggestions, so we may learn and understand the needs of our employees.

Senior leadership shares the belief that our Difference Makers are the experts at what they do and are devoted to our patients and their recovery journey. Our Difference Makers put the needs of others first and help others progress and perform to the best of their ability. When our staff is empowered to make day-to-day decisions, we know our patients and families receive the best care possible.
