Mandy Jack is a licensed mental health counselor who has worked with dually diagnosed patients since 2002. Mandy started her career working with children and families in community mental health including working as a regional director in community mental health. She joined Lakeview in 2010 and has previously held positions as the Clinical Director and Senior Program Director. As Lakeview Health’s Vice President of Clinical Services, she is responsible for overseeing all clinical services, creating programming, and overseeing the clinical, patient advocate, nursing, behavior health associate, and wellness teams.
Mandy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Ball State University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
