Sara Holt has more than ten years of experience in various capacities of human resources, and holds both a professional human resources certificate (PHR) and a SHRM-CP certification. She joined Lakeview Health in 2013 as the human resources recruiter before being promoted to director of human resources. Sara leads the human resources team to ensure Lakeview Health remains a center of excellence and employer of choice. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources and business management from the University of North Iowa.
