JACKSONVILLE, FL (August 11, 2023) – Jacksonville-based Lakeview Health announced today that they have been recognized as one of America’s Best Small Employers by Forbes. Lakeview Health was one of only 300 companies nationwide to earn this honor.  

Forbes, in partnership with Statista, analyzed employee surveys, employer reputation websites, and social listening information from 10,000 small businesses to determine the top 300.  

“At Lakeview Health, we are focused on the overall well-being of our employees and actively listen and respond to their feedback,” says CEO Jamie Stevens. “Understanding how important family is to our employees, we implemented our paid parental leave policy this year. Stevens recognized this as an especially important achievement in the mental health space, where the effects of the pandemic can still be seen both in-terms of patient acuity and provider burnout.
