Leadership Change at Lakeview Health

Current CEO is stepping down and new CEO will take over on April 23 Pompano, Fla., April 9, 2018 –  Lakeview Health President and CEO Roy M. Serpa will be stepping down from his position and Robert J. Bunker will be taking over this role. Serpa, who has been the president and CEO since 2013, announced to the board of directors last fall that he wanted to step down to spend more time with his family. Serpa will continue to serve on the Lakeview Health Board of Directors. After a lengthy recruiting process, the board selected Bunker to succeed Serpa effective April 23, 2018. “Lakeview is a quality healthcare organization whose mission is important as it performs worthwhile work helping people overcome addictions,” said Bunker. “I look forward to building on Roy’s and the team’s notable accomplishments and continuing to grow the company.” Bunker has been a highly successful CEO at several private equity-backed healthcare companies over the past twenty years. Brian Potts, operating partner at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm that acquired Lakeview Health in 2016, stated, “We are excited to have Bob join us.
